Checklist for Visiting PhD Students (CSC-funded)

This information applies to PhD students coming to the University of G?ttingen (UGOE) with a CSC scholarship and an invitation from a professor at UGOE. （CSC博士研究生联合培养项目）

Enrolment as Student is required

All CSC scholarship holders must be enrolled as incoming students and follow the standard enrolment process. Please contact the International Office as early as possible to initiate the enrolment.

Confirmation from the Faculty

• Full name of the student, gender, date of birth, and intended duration of stay at the University of G?ttingen
• Confirmation that the student is accepted as an incoming non-degree-seeking student
• Confirmation that the student will not pursue a degree at the University of G?ttingen

The dean’s confirmation must be sent by email to: incoming@uni-goettingen.de

Completion of Enrolment

After receiving the confirmation from the dean, the International Office will provide further instructions on completing the enrolment process.
